The Alley Cat Code — Straightforward, Fair, No BS.
We keep our policies simple, honest, and as customer-friendly as possible while still protecting the integrity of our small-batch operation. Please read through the rules below so you know exactly how we handle exchanges, refunds, shipping issues, and more.
1. Product Exchanges
We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be returned in its original packaging

The product must be untouched and untampered with
If everything checks out, we’ll send you a new scent of your choice.
(Simple, fair, and easy.)
2. No Refunds on Limited Editions or Special Runs
We do NOT issue refunds on:

Limited Edition scents
-
Seasonal releases
-
Mystery Boxes
-
Short-run or special-batch items
These items are produced in limited quantities and are considered final sale.
3. No Returns on Shower Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any shower-related items, including washes, conditioners, soaps, and similar products.
4. Wrong Item or Missing Product?
If you receive the wrong product, or your package is missing an item, contact us immediately.
We’ll take care of it and make it right — no questions, no hassle.
5. Pre-Order Items Are Non-Refundable
Pre-order items cannot be refunded, as inventory and supplies are purchased based on customer commitments.

6. We Are Not Responsible for Postal Service Issues
Once your package is handed over to USPS, UPS, or any other carrier, we are not responsible for:

Damaged packages

Undelivered packages

Delayed packages
-
Lost packages
-
Misrouted mail

Any other carrier-related problems
We’ll always help you where we can, but the carrier ultimately controls delivery.
7. Misused Discount Codes
If a discount code is used on an item where codes are not permitted, the discounted portion of the charge will be refunded, and the order will be processed at full price.
Please check product descriptions before applying codes.
