⏱️ Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days, but here’s the truth:

We usually ship much faster.

The only times processing may take a little longer are:

  • Big sales / promotions

  • Product restocks

  • Holiday order surges

  • If we’ve announced a temporary closure or delay

No matter what, we always process within a few days unless otherwise noted.
We don’t sit on orders — we move fast.


📦 Shipping Methods & How They’re Chosen

Shipping cost and method are determined by weight and package size, not by us punching random numbers into a machine.

Here’s how it works:

Packages Under 1 Pound

You can choose:

  • USPS First Class

  • USPS Priority

Packages 1 Pound or More

USPS automatically requires:

  • USPS Priority Shipping

It’s their rule, not ours — we just follow the system (begrudgingly)


⚠️ Priority Shipping ≠ “Guaranteed in 2 Days”

This is the big one, so let’s make it loud and clear:

USPS Priority is their estimated timeline, not a guarantee.
Priority does NOT mean:

  • 2 days from order

  • 2 days from when we print the label

  • 2 days from when you hit “checkout”

It simply means USPS estimates the transit at 1–3 days after they have the package in their hands.

And because USPS is… well… USPS:

  • Delays happen

  • Staffing shortages happen

  • Packages take weird scenic detours sometimes

We ask for patience, we feel your pain just as much as you do.

If your package is delayed after it leaves our hands, please know:

  • We can’t reroute it

  • We can’t force USPS to move it faster

  • We can’t override their systems

  • We can’t issue refunds due to carrier delays

Trust us — we’d love nothing more than to hand-deliver every package in a ripped denim vest if we could.

But once USPS has it, it’s officially in their world.
